HOME — QUALITY & TESTING
Every product that leaves this works passes stringent inspection and quality-assurance checks for durability, performance and reliability — verified on our own testing floor, documented on request.
Checks run through the whole line, not just at the end: steel is verified before it is cut, forging temperatures and dimensions are controlled in-process, heat treatment is confirmed by hardness and mechanical results, and the finished part is ultrasonically and dimensionally inspected before packing.
Customer-specific quality requirements are followed where a drawing or purchase order defines them — including witness points and additional testing.
Grade and heat number verified against mill documents; spectro check by OES where required.
Cutting weights, forging temperature and stepwise dimensions monitored on the floor.
Hardness and mechanical properties confirmed after every treatment cycle.
Ultrasonic, MPI and full dimensional & visual inspection before packing and dispatch.
Bulk hardness verification on forged and heat-treated sections.
Quick, repeatable hardness checks across production lots.
Optical emission spectroscopy confirming grade chemistry.
Internal flaw detection through the full forged section.
Surface and near-surface crack detection on finished parts.
Residual magnetic flux measured after MPI and machining.
Yield, tensile and elongation proved on test bars.
Full dimensional layout and visual inspection to the drawing.
Add your testing and documentation requirements to the enquiry — they'll be built into the quote.
