About the works

A full forge line under one roof.

ShreeJee Engineering Works manufactures high-quality forged components in ferrous and non-ferrous materials from Ghaziabad, on Delhi's industrial belt. Billet in, finished component out — cutting, forging, heat treatment, machining and inspection all happen inside one works, so nothing leaves our control until it leaves for you.

  • Forged flanges, rings, blocks, round bars, shafts and valve components
  • Carbon, alloy and stainless steels — including duplex, super duplex and nickel alloys
  • Supplying Oil & Gas, Power & Energy, Refineries, Chemicals, Marine, Cement and heavy engineering

Full Capabilities
CAP / 01

Forging

Open die, closed die and ring rolling — hammered and pressed to strengthen the grain, not just shape the metal.

  • Pneumatic hammer — 2 MT
  • Hydraulic hammers — 8 MT × 2
  • Hydraulic press — 500 MT
  • Heating furnaces — 10 MT × 2

CAP / 02

Heat Treatment

Controlled heating cycles that relieve stress and set the mechanical properties your drawing calls for.

  • Bogie-type HT furnace — 10 MT
  • Robotic-arm HT furnace — 6 MT
  • Oil & water quench tanks
  • Pit cooling

CAP / 03

Precision Machining

Close-tolerance machining that takes a rough forging to a finished, drawing-correct component.

  • VMC · VTL · CNC · Lathes
  • Lathe chucks up to 48"
  • Radial drills up to 72" OD
  • Planer-miller & band saws

How a job moves

Billet to component.

Raw material inspection

Incoming steel is checked against grade and heat number before it touches a saw.

Cutting

Billets are cut to calculated weight on band saws so every forging starts right.

Forging & heat treatment

Hammered or pressed to shape, then normalized, hardened, tempered or annealed to spec.

UT & dimensional inspection

Ultrasonic testing and full dimensional checks before anything is packed.

Straight answers

Buyers usually ask.

A drawing or sketch with dimensions, the material grade, quantity, and any heat-treatment or testing requirement. A photo of an existing part with basic measurements also works for reverse-engineered jobs — share it on WhatsApp or email and we'll take it from there.

Both. We can dispatch as-forged with machining allowance, proof-machined, or fully finished to drawing tolerance on our VMC, VTL, CNC and lathe line — whichever suits your shop.

Single forgings up to 10,000 kg, rounds up to Ø 700 mm × 11 metres, and rings, wheels and tube sheets up to Ø 2200 mm. Blocks up to 1100 × 1100 mm section.

Carbon steels (A105, EN8, SAE 1045, IS 2062 and more), alloy steels (EN19, EN24, 42CrMo4, SAE 4140/4340, F22 and more) and stainless including F304/L, F316/L, duplex F51/F60 and 17-4PH. See the full grade book on the Material Grades page.

Yes. Normalizing, hardening, tempering, quenching, annealing and solution annealing run in our own furnaces, with hardness, spectro, ultrasonic, MPI and tensile testing done before dispatch.
