One roof.
Full line.

Cutting, forging, heat treatment, machining and inspection run inside a single works at Ghaziabad. Here is the iron that does it — hammer to furnace to chuck.

The Forge

A malleable billet or ingot is worked to a pre-determined shape by hammering or pressing — strengthening the material, not just shaping it. We run closed die, open die and ring rolling.

Closed Die Forging

Metal shaped between machined dies for repeatable, near-net components in production quantities.

Open Die Forging

Hammer and press work between flat or simple dies for large shafts, blocks, discs and one-off shapes.

Ring Rolling

Seamless rolled rings, wheels and tyres with continuous grain flow, up to Ø 2200 mm.

Heat Treatment

Controlled heating and cooling cycles that relieve forging stresses, refine structure and set the mechanical properties the drawing demands.

Precision Machining

Excess material comes off to the drawing — VMC, VTL, CNC, lathes, radial drills, boring, planer-miller and band saws, all capable of close-tolerance work. 25+ machines on the floor.

Manufacturing process

Ten stages. Zero shortcuts.

Raw material

Grade-verified steel from established mills, checked at the gate.

Cutting

Billets sawn to calculated weight for each forging.

Heating

Brought to forging temperature in 10 MT furnaces.

Forging

Hammered or pressed to shape — closed die, open die or ring rolled.

Trimming

Flash and excess removed before heat treatment.

Heat treatment

Normalized, hardened, tempered or annealed to spec.

Machining

Turned, drilled and milled to drawing tolerance.

Surface finishing

Grinding and finishing to the required surface condition.

Inspection

UT, hardness, MPI and dimensional checks signed off.

Packing & dispatch

Marked, packed and dispatched with documents.
